We require a minimum ONE WEEKS notice if you cancel a booking if less a cancellation FEE OF A MINIMUM $300 will apply.
Payment is either on the DAY strictly Cash or Visa or Master Card (1.5% surcharge) or payment via direct debit with issue of invoice.
We charge from Depot to depot which is Bli Bli. 3 hour min charge.
We have Standard TRANSIT Insurance which covers you if the truck is involved in a fire, theft or rollover.
We recommend for peace of mind REMOVALS CARTS INSURANCE AUSTRALIA phone 1300 880 253 to cover your property if you are particularly worried about ACCIDENTAL damage.
We DO NOT COVER MARBLE, SLATE, CONCRETE, GLASS, MIRRORS, as these items can have hairline fractures in them that my removalists cannot see.
MECHANICAL ITEMS i.e DRYERS, WASHING MACHINE MOTORS AND TVs ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS we do not cover the internal mechanical workings of appliances or electrical beds.
Large thin TVs are not covered as they are not made to be transported without their box and packaging. The internal systems are very sensitive we transport at your own risk.
We are professional removalists and we do our very best not to scratch, dent or break anything.
Our pricing is very reasonable hence Accidental Insurance is an extra you can choose to engage.
We always report any sighted damages before a move, however sometimes accidents happen that we may be unaware of, in this case all damages need to be reported within 48 hours after the move.
Here are a few handy tips to help make your move as SMOOTH and cost effective as possible.
BOXES if possible try to use proper moving boxes they are a lot stronger than normal boxes.
Also with boxes if you could stack them in 1 room or 1 area of the house or garage closest to the front door but not blocking corridors.
PLEASE EMPTY YOUR TALLBOY DRAWS OF CLOTHES as they are too heavy to move with clothes in them.
Smaller items or FRAGILE items such as lamps and pictures and TV’s if they don’t fit in a box then maybe think about putting them in your car and taking them that way leaving more space in the truck for larger items.
POT PLANTS are hard to transport and are not stackable and do take up extra room in the truck. Please do not water any pot plants before the move.
Our removalists are some of the best movers on the coast. They will treat your belongings as if they are their own. HOWEVER remember every piece of furniture in your house would have come in a box flat packed or been delivered in a box protecting it from damage.
We aim to get all your furniture from A to B in 1 piece by blanketing and securing them in place. If by any chance anything does get broken then please understand that we do our very best to not let this happen.
We Do not cover wear and tear or pre-existing conditions.
Ultimately they are your possessions and you are responsible for their protection.
Please feel free to wrap your furniture in bubble wrap or blankets to give it added protection.
Driving conditions and road vibrations are out of our control.
